Here is the tool you can make from a coat hanger being used on a hot dog.
One fellow wrote me he caught a 27# on it and another a 23#r. Another caught lots of smaller fish.
You can cut down the size of the hot dog and hook size accordingly.
Most success has been in ponds and lakes with this rig. Rivers I would stay with cut or live bait but the rig works on them too.
